  • How does oneVASTwarehouse work?

    This marketplace not only provides access to Wincanton’s own large warehouse estate, as well as the properties that it operates for its biggest customers and partners; extending to about 20 million sq. ft. of space in total, but also to the space offered by third party warehouse (unrelated to Wincanton) across the UK. oneVASTwarehouse connects businesses requiring flexible warehousing services, with space that meets their requirements, in locations across the country. What’s more, it provides integrated transport, if required, for a full collection and delivery service.

  • What warehousing services are available?

    All the sites available to oneVASTwarehouse provide their storage solution from number of pallets spaces or sq.ft available for types of space (shared user, bonded, cooled, ambient pop-up storage etc). Many sites offer additional services such as pallet handling, fulfilment, pick and pack, integrated transport, as well as core logistic services.

  • My space won’t be available until later in the year, but I’d like to get involved, what can I do?

    You can provide the dates the space is available if you know it isn’t available now but will be in the future. You can also provide an end date if you know it won’t be available later in the year.

  • My space is only available for a limited time, can I still list it?

    You can put an end date when you’re asked to put the dates your space is available. Customers won’t be made aware of the space availability after that date.

  • What legal agreement does oneVASTwarehouse use?

    All buyers and sellers are required to agree to the oneVASTwarehouse terms and conditions in order to buy and sell space through oneVASTwarehouse. All terms and conditions applicable to the sale of the Services will be as agreed between the Seller and the Buyer and are separate from these Terms.

  • What does RH&D mean?

    RH&D stands for receipt, handling and despatch. The platform charges RH&D inbound and RH&D outbound.

  • How much does it cost to list my space?

    Listing your space is free of charge. Once a booking is made, 10% is deducted from the total weekly transaction.

  • What is the minimum booking allowed?

    Each seller will specify the minimum booking they will accept and oneVASTwarehouse will match requirements with those providers who offer appropriate space and solutions. 

  • I don’t know how much space I need, what can I do?

    Sellers will need to know your pallet volume, duration of storage, stock details and pallet / space configuration. You can provide initial details on the booking request page and any additional details detail in conversation with oneVASTwarehouse.

  • Can I book a warehouse outside of the UK

    Currently oneVASTwarehouse is only operating within the UK.
